Over these nine years as Chairman, I’ve been proud to help lead an industry that stays united, resilient, and strong no matter the challenges. I am deeply grateful to the many leaders, partners, and my own team who have supported me and contributed so much along the way. This year we achieved real progress, with stronger operations, disciplined financial management, and a more stable foundation for the future. As I step aside, I am optimistic about 2026 and fully committed to supporting our new chairman and the continued success of our industry.
